An evolving framework
Cuban commercial regulation continues to develop, including rules on internal commerce, wholesale activity by private MiPYMEs and non-agricultural cooperatives, commercial registration, e-commerce, digital payments and electronic invoicing, and cooperation between economic actors. Projects are designed against the framework in force at the time, and reviewed as it changes.
